For the transfer case you definitely want to use a GL-4 rated fluid such as the 75W Redline MT-LV fluid mentioned above. A GL-5 rated fluid is harsh on the brass synchros. As for the differentials, any quality 75W-90 will do. FWIW, I'm a second owner and sitting at just over 50k miles on original fluids.

It has the 3VZE, a Automatic tranny, 4WD. For trans and diffs, I just use Napa brand. ATF fluid for trans and T-case and 80-90w gear oil in the diffs. I think the manual may suggest 75-90w for some temps. The Toyota red coolant is my choice but if you are switching to it from something else do a real good flush to get whatever else out.

All the new parts that the oil is lubricating will be breaking in and there will be a higher amount of very fine metal sluffed off as the rough edges get worn in which ends up in the oil and filter.
