Some of the KIPS files are corrupted. Follow the next instructions by the letter, ONE BY ONE. I was using the sdsetup download tool before and I have deleted everything except the nintendo folder, trying fuseé primary and its sigpatches then hekate and its sigpatches. Nothing worked. Now it works and the only difference I know about is source of the Atmosphere. Desperate people do desperate things.
