CUE is based on Linux and Linux system often becomes unresponsive when HDDs are experiencing troubles, constant resets etc. Nice Ride. Try to get the plastic alignment pins through the metal holes on both sides first. If you do not align these, the screen will crack upon tightening. It's cheap if you do it yourself and expensive if you have a dealer perform the service. The part is only $30.
