Sure, people run VoN, Spies and Wiz-King a lot, but those barely get you halfway there and that's assuming you run them every life; that's a very monotonous life cycle imo to assume everyone runs LoD chain + VoN + Spies + Wiz-King (+ a bit of other fluff to get to 20 / beg for others to pass). Every epic quest from stormreach drops token fragments. And those are dropped so plenty, that you will have enough for everything you want. 100 fragments for a token and after two Epic TRs I now sit on a few 1000. You can then trade them for the tokens.
