I ended up getting it to work. I edited the half second timers down to 0.3 for 3 release and the space press after. I did however find out that for some reason it doesnt work when I have outbreak perfected equipped. might have been my games response times or something because theses ratios worked fine for me.

The 2 easiest type of skate are the wellskate on solar warlock or the shatterskate on stasis hunter. There are other techniques like strand skating or bubble skating but they are way harder to pull off or they have other downsides like wasting your super. To well/shatter skate, you need to be standing close to an edge.
