Today I noticed my instrument cluster and radio display were not working. Everything else seems to be working fine. The truck starts but I don’t dare to drive it until I fully understand what’s happening. I checked every fuse in the cab fuse box and most the fuses under the hood. I tried everything and no radio. The clock is there when I press the On/Off/Volume. When I press the phone, the display says "no phone".

Not heated and cooled. If heated only, find the grey four wire connector underneath the seat at the front. Turn on the heater and check for voltage on the red wire. If you have voltage there then the modules and circuits up to the seat are ok and power is making it to the element.
