Adding a 2 watt solar panel to offset battery drain (didn't help at night with no sun). Looked at numerous parasitic drain troubleshooting videos.My fix was to: 1. clean and relubricate the area shown in the above video, 2. adjust the tension of the metal tab of the ratchet switch, which is located in the door latch assembly, so that the tab would adequately depress the pin underneath when the tab is contacted.
