The 452 typically requires a bit of fitting the sear to the striker in addition to inletting the stock to make room for the trigger, but it is nothing too difficult.

Nov 23, 2010 · IMO, black shoe polish would make a rather poor transfer medium for inletting parts. It dries too fast and once dry, little if any will actually transfer from one part to another. Personally, I'm a fan of the inletting black that Vol423 mentioned. It doesn't dry out. It easily blackens whatever it touches and it seems to last almost forever.
