Peltier marble identification.
Since we were discussing Peltier Prima Agates in Scott's "Dazed and confused..." thread, I thought I would post some look-a-likes for identification and open discussion. Here are a couple photos of a group of five marbles. There is at least one confirmed Peltier Prima Agate in the group. Which one and why? Any guesses as to what the others are?

Peltier No. 5 boxes were not gift sets and were the kind of box that kids opened immediately and played with. As for the name, I believe Chuck Garrett may have named this marble, but I am not certain. I believe there are variations to this marble. I thought Peltier was like most all other companies. As time progressed they had to cut cost and the glass, colors and quality got less due to cost cutting because of competition. The NLR were the older and better quality and the Rainbo's are later lesser quality Peltier marbles.
This is a nice White n Orange Nova made by Peltier Glass Company. I have included information from an email which was sent to me. by one of the 2 men who built the feeder for the Nova's and the Rootbeer Float. This marble size is aprox 13/16". I’ve been separating marbles for about a month now. I’m starting to think I’m in over my head! Thanks again! Keep at it! It took me about seven months to be able to ID mibs accurately beyond Marble King, Pelt (Rainbos and slags only, still struggle with multicolor swirls and patches), and Vitro... But I still struggle with swirls, of course.
Its been tough getting any clear pics that show the design and also the depth of the lines. In my defense, I have never seen another caged cat eye marble and seen peltier style in the lines. The one whit the most curves makes me think pelt. And one of the lines dives past halfway into the marble. Its ⅝ player size.PEEWEES. 1/2" DOWN. BARGAINS. $2-$35. JABO Peltier Mansion Run. One of the earliest runs which came out of the JABO Marble Experiments in 2008 was the Peltier Mansion Marbles.
