You acne scars are not deep at all and overall your skin is very nice. Microneedling is the least risky treatment (avoid RF since I have seen a lot of fatloss horror stories). It will help smooth out your skin. I have similar scarring and did two rounds of RF microneedling and saw no noticeable positive effect. Change your towel on the regular, as damp dirty towels can grow bacteria which you then transfer to raw (and sometimes open) acne skin. Change your sheets frequently as well for the same reasons.
