I go for a base down in the bottom right of rosewood, close to a construction site I believe and and a couple of other houses, in order to get to the house you take a dirt path off the main road into an intersection leading to 2 separate houses. Both have garages and tons of space but don't have a 2ND floor. The problem with Rosewood is all of the nearby warehouses are full of veggies, unrefrigerated, so probably rotten. I worked in a warehouse that kept veggies, the whole thing was refrigerated. Maybe it's a 90s thing. Also, Rosewood doesn't have any storage units.
