I work in California and there is definitely something written in policy that for rest periods team members are allowed to leave the premises (at least in CA) . Go to "ask walgreens" and ask about "rest period" and it will return "Rest And Meal Period Policy - California" pdf. Its probley due to 15's not being uninteruppted.
