Incredible meats, extensive wine and bourbon list, and top-notch service. I highly recommend Butcher & The Boar for date night. Their green chorizo, butcher's cut, and hot brussel sprouts were among the highlights of my most recent meal. The casual atmosphere coupled with the respectful service make this one of my favorite spots in the Twin Cities.
