Chevy malibu stalls when stopping.

Recently bought a used 92 Sub with 5.7 TBI. It's my first GMC ever . It ran ok, but was in need of a tune-up. It would stall while sitting at idle in park or when in gear at a stop sign. It fires right back up very easily. I replaced the plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and air filter. Ran better, but still stalled.It s/b 9 - 13 PSI (according to GM specs), at idle and under acceleration, preferably 11 - 13PSI. I've seen multiple times the ICM (Ignition Control Module) will wig out once the engine warms up after a while (don't use Chinese junk parts).
