Apr 6, 2019 · There are some that are visual only; just because the lines are there doesn't mean cars will park. Make sure you're using the correct assets from Parking Lot Roads mod. Also, in TM:PE, make sure you activate the Realistic Parking AI in the mod options from the game pause menu > options > mods > TM:PE > Gameplay tab > Enable more realistic parking.

The problem is just with my downtown. High density does not have built-in parking and the spots on the roads are not enough. After placing a ton of underground parking and the giant parking tower traffic seems to have calmed down and just about everybody is parked but I needed a good 4000 spaces for downtown area alone.
