As said above, you need to kill a sorcerer. Then go to the location on the map it drops. It's a small cave both at isel of siptah and exiled lands. Pretty easy monsters in case of th latter (and none at all at ioS.) Be careful, though: at least at IoS, you will get corrupted, if you linger too long.

Accessory wardrobe allows to change their clothes and add accessories (use "change accessory on their workbench) 2.According to the wiki, it increases agility weapon damage by 5% per point, and strength weapon damage by .5% per point. The same is true for strength to agility as well. This could just be for players though, I'm not sure since the wiki doesn't specify. Even so, RHTS is still an amazing strength thrall.
