If you mean legendary effects: Bloodied if low health, Anti Armor for low or high, Vampires is also excellent on it. 50crit if you're a madman using it in VATS, 25FFR free aim or vats, 25aim is decent as well but not as good as ffr. 25vats in vats, 15% faster reload or 50% break slower if not.I repair it to 150% because I don't have an endless stash box like others. However the condition bar on my particular enclave flamer is incredibly small. Different mods I would assume increase the condition bar size. It's just an extremely powerful flamer that triggers off rifleman perks. Plasmas have a 50/50 energy and ballistic dam, so there's few to no enemies that resist them. They hold 300 rounds (400 on quad), so reloading mid combat is rare. So all in all they're pretty versatile and among the highest dps weapons in the game.
