Fix the supply and bed bugs of the settlements. Fix the rendering of the menu, which is still tied to network call and make it lag atrociously. Fix the save file algorithm, massive hangs and slow down happen when you start having a few dozens save files. And I'm sure not a single item on the Unofficial Patch list.
