I'm using an Xbox one controller connected via USB cable to a Windows 10 PC. This is experimental but you could try open your sound settings - playback and disable the other playback devices other than the one your using to listen to the audio and see if that may help? Use another browser called "Opera" which is the only other browser apart from Google Chrome that can transmit audio.
