Then attach a high heat 5/8 (ithink) section of hose with hose clamps. Do a loop to not have a kink. As it won't "vent" at that low of a coolant level, I believe you are losing it from either the water pump or possibly heater core. It’s important to follow correct procedure to fill coolant to remove any air trapped in hose and engine. I am guessing the coolant i put in yesterday to fill the reservoir (~1 qt) was consumed by the radiator which had been running low. I cannot imagine i could loose that much coolant with no highly visible coolant finger prints in less than 24 hours and 75 miles. The smoking gun?
