Can't be so hard. Here are settings for 10man raid. Took like 30 seconds. After you put the settings, just move the anchor. Change the spacing/size/width as you like. If you have more questions, just ask. Also, if you'd like to have 20man raid setup for this setting, change number of groups to 4.

Personally for healing I just use clique with the elvui raidframes. Plus if you use elvui you can set profiles for each character so that ui will be specific to that character, you can also load one characters profile to anothers, say you had two healers and made the ui for one it could be used on the second just by loading the other profile.
