Source of my mix-up being that Lotharingia was inherited by East Francia that would become the HRE. But the third kingdom in the HRE is indeed the kingdom of Burgundy. Despite this, i can understand and agree with Lotharingia being added in the game, as Charles le Téméraire did try to get the Lotharingian crown from the emperor.
