As far as compliance parts, per law you can have no more than 10 imported parts if you convert your rifle to a pistol grip.

If you use foreign stocks you need to replace the 3 piece fire control group with a Tapco or other US made set. A US mag will give you 3 parts toward compliance. A US gas piston is one more part.
