He's trying to bring back the old-fashioned way of doctors actually helping and working with patients to solve problems. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, caring and kind. I have yet to see any studies that prove Pranicura or other OTC medications have the capability to heal anal fissures (let alone provide pain relief). If these studies existed, Pranicura would be a prescription medication making $500/script instead of selling OTC for $50/jar.

Pranicura gave me back my sanity. Pranicura has helped me a lot. Before that I was always in pain, and burning. But the cream has not cured me.
