Thanks everyone for the advice! Be sure to clean off all of the sensors and camera lenses. Sometimes when there is a salt layer it messes up the sensors. Just a damp paper towel to each area. Then drive normally and it should be fine. End result, the sensors in the back needed to be replaced. It hasn't happened since. 2016 Outback 3.6R + Eyesight + Nav + Moon Roof.

I am struggling to find a pattern with the behavior. It's merely irritating to drive around with orange warning lights ablaze in a brand new car..
