Emission Control System Malfunction) and the other is P0136 (O2 Sensor Circuit Malfunction, Bank 1 Sensor 2). I already have the O2 sensor spacer in place.P0420 code is the rear sensor reading the O2 levels coming out of the cat are higher than what should be. (possible failing Cat) good sensor.
