I think lot of people commenting don't realize that Verizon has changed the rules since they last tried to suspend the service. It is one vacation suspension for 12 months now even if the 90 day max wasn't reached. There is a limitation built into the billing system, so it's not subject to discretionary override. I don't get the policy either.
