Then unscrew and remove the hammer assy from the rear, then remove the nipple (assuming #11 ignition) and plug. Clean and dry everything thoroughly and you should be fine.

I put a scope on it one year and it was a disaster. I think the Leupold Rifleman mounts could have been the problem. In my Wolverine LK-II with the 22" barrel, I got some excellent results shooting Sabertooth conicals in 250 grain with 100 grains of Goex 2f. They are much more cost effective then powerbelts and come in a 350 grain also. I have not shot them. I do not have the 209 conversion since I never saw the need to fix something that is not broke.

But the plunger length on my LK-II is shorter so unless Knight makes the conversion kits in more than one length, I don't think the LK-II can be converted. That said, I was able to shoot BH209 successfully out of the LK-II with the #11 caps.
