That process took about 3 weeks, and went from Nelnet into Mohela. I re-uploaded my PSLF form and updated ECF in early July. It sat there for about a month before the application went into "Processed" state. PSLF tracker showed up early August, which showed 0 payments (I applied via the PSLF limited waiver).
