it's because you used the save file that already had the maximum hearts/stamina. there is probably a separate value in the files that disables upgrading completely once you reached the maximum. just make a fresh save file and edit that instead. or just use the editor to manually give you the upgrade. Answered. I just upgrade heavily for this game and some other. Cemu 1.192d, Vulkan, Async... 16 G Ram, SSD. Intel 3770 -> 4790k (OCed to 4.6Ghz) Nvidia 1070 -> 1080Ti. The game run a lot smoother, I can run 60fps in the field/shrine. But not in towns like Kakariko, it drop to 50fps.
