If you have already referenced it: Sometimes Fusion will move a body along with a sketch to the correct component (this is a fairly recent behavior it didn't do this before). If it doesn't then tough luck. What I do, because I really want things in the correct component, is to go back in time. Remove the body. Move the sketch. Recreate the body.
