Kimber micro 380 problems.

I am considering the purchase of a new Kimber Micro Eclipse 380. When I research the pistol I find lots of problems with FTF, FTE and other issues a few years ago 2016 and forward. Does anyone have an opinion on whether the issues have been addressed by Kimber or is this old news that no one is posting about? This slide stop has a slightly different magazine catch tab than the original that came in my Kimber Micro .380. This one completely cured the original’s tendency to lock the slide with rounds still in the magazine. Found the same issue today. Got our Micro 380 and P238 at the same time. I ordered two extended mags and a three pack of springs from the Kimber store. One extended mag and the one that came with the gun ran fine, one did not. I thought it might be a bad mag, so I put it in the P238 and it ran fine.
