Just back up a car close to it, stand in the gap and hold v, then select the attach button from the wheel. Edit: extra tip: if your character keeps walking after you initiate the action (like they're trying to do it but aren't immediately) hold shift to make them jog. This speeds up the action. It got so bad that I stopped towing cars and let other people do that in my stead as I get massive desync issues. #1.For some reason I just can't hitch any trailer in the game. I place my car close enough, open the V menu - but every time I get this 'impossible' option. Tried different cars, at a different distance - no luck. Tow bar helps neither (though towing cars works fine). Did anyone experience the same? Affecting mods: Autotsar trailers. Better towing.
