Rebates will be paid as either an up-front rebate of $0.75 per Watt or as a performance-based incentive of $0.30 per kWh over two years. Payments will be made quarterly. Projects must be between 300 kW and 1 MW and cannot exceed 80 percent of the customer's annual energy usage.
