Feb 24, 2022 · I read the reviews and was hesitant about purchasing floors from Super Arbor, but the price difference was too good to pass up. I don’t know how or why others have had issues, because I found the entire process to be smooth, easy, and I got exactly what I expected. Communication was excellent and delivery was prompt. Arbor cuts costs by not offering many options so they can order at higher quantities. They were recently acquired by Berkshire Hathaway and operations seem to be improving from what I’ve read/heard. Our superintendent was super honest about everything and has been very communicative. Covid/inflation/labor shortage is the real kicker, though.1-Light Gilded Iron 13.5 in.
