About your old mods, do NOT use both the island fix and the sky island fix 2x at the same time, use only the 2x version. Any way to fix these outlined islands they are not supposed to be that way. Yea this just looks like the FSR+contrast adaptive sharpening (CAS). I believe there is a mod to disable these features so you're always running at a native res. May you link the mod? Have you tried right click the game in yuzu and delete the vulkan pipeline cache.
