Xumo remote volume not working.

New 4K remote works fine with except volume control. My previous (older) Apple TV's worked fine in this area. My new Apple TV 4K works great in all aspects. However, I can't get the remote volume control to change the volume. With two previous and older Apple TV's, with the same equipment worked fine. Even the volume control.
