Aug 8, 2020 · I have a 22 with the 7.3. 2017+ Super Duty - Horn not working - '17 F350 DRW 6.7 CCLB Platinum. Horn has stopped working when I hit the lock button on key fob, and, only works sporadically when pushing the horn button. Checked out engine compartment fuse number 15 (20amp) and the fuse looks good. Not sure what else it could be. New Horns using the wiring from the old horns. relays swapped around in fuse box under dash and can hear clicking. I think the only real solution here is to add a train horn . I took out the fender liner to replace mine. Not sure about a 2000, but on my 06 you have to remove the inner fender well.
