The trick to damage is mostly collab weapons. As long as you get one you're set to beat stage mode easily. Elite Cooking and BL Fujoshi are probably the best for stage mode. Easiest way to get both it and the 10.000 one is with Aki, just run around for a while and then nuke everything. The 1k/10k in 1 attack doesn'y requires you to do a 1k/10k hit, but rather total damage dealt with that attack on any amount of enemy with 1 trigger of a weapon.
