The doctor said it sometimes happens and was likely due to not enough fetal dna in the blood. So had my re-draw done at 15 weeks and that time it worked.

Here's how the results appeared on my provider's portal (MyChart). Gender is definitely front and center! My midwife asked if I wanted to know the gender before they drew the blood though. It took 6 days from the day my blood was drawn to get my results. I still haven't gotten an email from Natera.
