Shard has 105k Armor and 150k Health. Due to the broken regeneration, it regenerates 2100 Armor and 1500 Health per Day. In 3.3 regeneration was stopped on receiving hits. This stopped working in 3.4 for some reason, and some claim that it is a hidden, intended balance change. But as it stands for now, it is simply a bug.
