u/SMA-PAO. I want to share some thoughts I’ve gather after working on an inpatient psychiatric unit at an MTF. Preach early intervention in caring for mental health. Encourage soldiers to seek help when things start to feel off, not just when they’re full-blown depressed or suicidal.

But it's good to understand the difference between "Hey SMA why does BLC suck so bad, man it sucks" and someone who actually has a nuanced point.This is wildly pathetic from multiple points. 1, this Soldier has gone a year without this issue being resolved. 2, the AER loan. 3, it takes a Reddit post to get advice (but this is where the sub wins). 4, it is going to take the SMA's PAO to resolve it.
