I think it would be better, if possible of course, that Valve "codes" their Steam Deck shipment and notify the customer of the coded name, for example: Someone orders Steam Deck and it gets shipped as "Stack of Wipes#35" Someone else orders it and it's coded as "500GB Hard Drive"...The facilities are clean. The loading docks have giant massive fans. FedEx smelled like rotting fish, they pay minimum wage, and management is non-existent. Both only care about throughout but at least at UPS they take things seriously. FedEx refuses to deliver to my building most days and when it does, things get stolen. I’m kind of worried I won’t ever see my Deck due to FedEx’s incompetence in my area, but the fact that I can’t ship it to a FedEx location for pick up is a real slight on Valve’s part imo. I rather pay an extra 30-40 and have dhl promise to deliver in four days and actually deliver in two days. Dhl alway I mean always out preforms usps, FedEx and ups when I buy something online the only thing similar in speed to dhl is Amazon’s prime delivery service.
