(EXAMPLE; the Riot Helmet is 40 Engrams Points, so the Tek Helmet cost 80. And all the building mats are done the same way. Like the Metal walls are 15 EP, so I set Tek walls to cost 30 EP.)

I think all the new G:2 items are unlockable by leveling up to the required level except for ONE item: the new EXOMEK SUIT. That one is unlocked by defeating Prime Rockwell. I do not know if that needs to be Gamma, Beta or Alpha.
